On behalf of its clients, companies that place packaging on the Serbian market, Ekostar Pak organizes the collection, reuse and recycling of packaging waste. Clients sent their quantities through Excel tables, which contained a lot of errors and which caused problems in the company's work.

The company I work for asked me to design a web application that will make it easier for users to send reports to the company and reduce the errors that users make.

How to complete this?

Several stages are needed to realize such a project.

• Idea Generate

  Before writing any serious code, it is necessary to first design the appearance and functionality of the application. For that, it is necessary to create a project task, where the idea that needs to be implemented will be described in detail.

• Planning and creating a database

  A database that can be perceived as a set of tables and that can be manipulated according to a relational data model.

• Writing code

  In this part of the project, it is necessary to write the code for the application to be functional and to have the appearance defined in the project task.

• Beta Testing and Bug Fixing

  In this part of the project, it is necessary to write the code for the application to be functional and to have the appearance defined in the project task.

Project result and summery

The final result is a web application that consists of a user and administrator part. The way to send reports is simplified for users, while administrators can more easily monitor reports with a lot of static parameters.

The application currently has over 1000 users and is constantly growing.
