Operator of the packaging waste management system

After the successful application created for the company Ekostar Pak, the company asked me to create another application for a company that is also a waste operator.

The company is located in Macedonia, and the Ministry of Macedonia passed a law that all companies that are waste operators must have applications through which users will send reports. A deadline of 3 months was given and the guidelines according to which tables must be made for sending the report.

Since I was given a short deadline for making the app, I decided to make a similar app as for Ekostar Pak with some different functionalities

How to complete this?

Several stages are needed to realize such a project.

  • Idea Generate

Before writing any serious code, it is necessary to first design the appearance and functionality of the application. For that, it is necessary to create a project task, where the idea that needs to be implemented will be described in detail.

  • Planning and creating a database

A database that can be perceived as a set of tables and that can be manipulated according to a relational data model.

  • Writing code

In this part of the project, it is necessary to write the code for the application to be functional and to have the appearance defined in the project task.

  • Beta Testing and Bug Fixing

In this part of the project, it is necessary to write the code for the application to be functional and to have the appearance defined in the project task.

Project result and summery

The final result is a web application that consists of a user and administrator part. The way to send reports is simplified for users, while administrators can more easily monitor reports with a lot of static parameters.

The application currently has over 400 users and is constantly growing.

You can see more details about the functionality and appearance of the application here.
